Returns

Veils and Crinolines - If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to me and I am happy to exchange it for another item or if you wish, provide a full refund. The item must be returned to me in new and unused condition and within two weeks from date of postage for this offer to be valid.

Custom Made items - As these gowns are designed and made specifically for you, we are not able to exchange them or accept returns. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the measurements given to Catch the Bouquet are correct and accurate.

Should the dress not fit, please firstly check the measurements you provided us with. Please also check that you followed the measuring instructions correctly. If you fid there is a difference between the measurement, you will be responsible for any required alterations to the gown. All of our gowns are designed to be easily taken in or let out if required.

If you are confident the measurements were correct yet you are not happy with the fit of your gown, please contact us for further information.

Please also note that once we recieve payment we start work on your gown straight away and are not able to accomodate changes to the design without incurring extra charges.
